I am going for an interview tomorrow for a job that l am already doing... The company have decided to split our role in two thus making one job into two. It is a good idea because we have a lot to do and not enough hours in the day to do it. where the line is going to be drawn l have not idea.

I am the only internal candidate. I have been doing this role for 4 years now and l am really nervous because l am going to look so daft if l dont get it and some outsider does. Which could happen if they have experience enough. My moral/confidence will take a real bashing.

l have been swotting up tonight on policies and procedures till they are comming out of my ears. I am good at my job but to answer questions about it is another matter. (wish l knew what they are going to ask me)

All this reading and l cant digest it at all... its all jargon... I dont do jargon.

I know l shall be dreaming it tonight.
